How to make rabbitmq listen to on IP

How to make rabbitmq listen to on IP

I am trying to restrict rabbitmq processes (epmd and beam.smp) to listen
on only one IP. This is my /etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq-env.conf
NODENAME=rabbit@z2
NODE_IP_ADDRESS=127.0.0.1
NODE_PORT=5672
CONFIG_FILE=/etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq
I do not have a /etc/rabbitmq/rabbitmq. When I try to see which IP they
are on, here is what I see
LISTEN 0 128 *:4369 *:*
users:(("epmd",9680,3))
LISTEN 0 128 *:35967 *:*
users:(("beam.smp",16660,8))
LISTEN 0 128 127.0.0.1:5672 *:*
users:(("beam.smp",16660,20))
Why do I see two beam.smp? One of them listens on the correct IP while the
other does not. How do I make both of them listen on one IP?
